NOW, DENMARK FIGHTS BACK: The Danish Defence League is on the frontlines in the war against Islamization

Via Bare Naked Islam

Like its cousin, the English Defence League, the Danish Defence League is an organization that was founded because of frustration over the lack of any significant action by the government against extremist Muslim preachers and organizations such as Hizb-ut Tahrir and the Muslim Brotherhood.

These Islamic organizations reflect religiously-inspired intolerance and barbarism that thrives among certain parts of the Muslim population in Denmark, including but not limited to, denigration and oppression of women, sexual molestation of children and young people, the so-called honor killings, homophobia, antisemitism, and continued support for those responsible for terrorist attacks.

While we must always work against the unjust assumption that all Muslims are complicit in, or otherwise responsible for these crimes, we must not be afraid to speak freely about these topics. This is why DDL will continue to work to protect the inalienable rights of all people. The right to protest against radical Islam’s intervention in the lives of non-Muslims.

Danish Muslims should be able to, safely, to demand a reform of their religion, to make it more relevant to the needs of the modern world and more respect for other groups in society. It is important that they completely reject the views of who believe that Islam should be taken in its ‘original’, medieval form, because these interpretations is the opposite of western democracy.

The burden should be on Danish Muslims to overcome the problems that pervade their religion and to achieve nothing less than an Islamic reformation. In line with this, we should do everything we can to give those who are willing to take this path possible. We must also ensure that they do not fear reprisals from those who comply with these medieval interpretations that would force Sharia law on them.

DDL urges the Government to repeal the law that prevents an effective speech, freedom of speech is important, if the violations of human rights, which sometimes manifests itself around Islam must be stopped.

You don’t need to understand Danish to understand what is going on in this video:

We believe that the proponents of radical Islam has a stranglehold on Danish Muslims. These radicals dominate Muslim organizations and remain leading figures in Danish mosques, and they are steadily increasing their influence. Radical Islam holds Danish Muslims fearful and isolated, particularly women, are confined in their burkas. It distorts their viewpoints, suppressing free speech and indoctrinates their children.

Sharia law makes a fundamental distinction between Muslims and non-Muslims, and DDL will never allow this kind of unjust apartheid to take root in our country. DDL will therefore oppose permissiveness towards sharia in all its forms, and will actively work to eradicate the Sharia compatible behavior that has already been adopted and enforced in our society.

The Victims of Islam that have no voice:

DDL wants to promote understanding of Islam ideology and its consequences for non-Muslims are forced to live with it. Islam is not just a religious system, but a political and social ideology that seeks to dominate all non-believers and to bring a legal system that rejects democratic accountability and human rights. It is contrary to everything we hold dear in our Danish liberal democracy.

DDL believes that Danish culture has a right to exist and thrive in Denmark. We recognize that culture is not static, and that over time, natural changes occur, and that other cultures contribute to make our common culture stronger and more vibrant. This does not mean that we should give politicians license to deliberately undermine our culture and impose un-Danish culture at the Danish people in their own country.

If people immigrate to Denmark, they are expected to respect our culture, our laws and our traditions, and this spirit can not require that their own culture will be promoted by government agencies. The burden must always be at the cultures to adapt and integrate. If these cultures promotes anti-democratic ideas and refuses to accept the authority of our nation’s constitution, so should we, as the host nation  not bow to these ideas in the name of political correctness.
